Terms and Conditions

​1. Deposit & Final Payment

• Deposit:

- $2,500 (airfare) required at the time of apply to purchase the tickets to guarantee the fare with the best price.
​- An 15% of the program fee is required at the time of application to secure enrollment.
​

• Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure.
• Payment Method: Submit all payments via Zellepay.com to [email protected].
• Acknowledgment: Receipt of your deposit or final payment indicates that you (and your guardian, when applicable) have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation without notice and forfeiture of deposits.

2. Cancellation & Refund PolicyWe understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel your trip, the following refund policy will apply:

• 45+ days before departure: 100% refund, less a 20% service fee.
• ​44–25 days before departure: 70% refund, less a 35% service fee.
• 24–8 days before departure: 50% refund, less a 50% service fee.
• 0–7 days before departure: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund (100% charge).

Important Notes:

• Once the trip has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused services due to unwillingness or inability to participate, early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.

3. Travel Documents

• All participants must possess a valid passport and any necessary visas or permits at the start of travel
• ​Obtaining and maintaining proper documentation is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

4. Health Requirements

• Attendees are responsible for reviewing international travel risks and complying with all health requirements for destinations they intend to visit or transit.
• ​This includes vaccinations, safety and security advisories, and any medical regulations issued by government authorities.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• JPLI is not responsible for errors, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellations, or the failure of any equipment or services not directly owned or controlled by JPLI.

JPLI shall not be liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, or for trip disruptions caused by:

• Weather or climatic conditions
• Mechanical breakdowns
• Acts of government or authorities
• War, civil unrest, riots, strikes, theft, epidemics, or quarantines
• Terrorist activities or other events beyond JPLI’s control

JPLI reserves the right to:

• Substitute accommodations, transportation, or other services
• Alter itineraries when necessary
• Cancel tours prior to departure

In the event that JPLI cancels a trip prior to commencement, participants will receive a full refund of payments made, in accordance with the stated refund policy.
