Study English at JPLI!
Our Intensive English Program is for students interested in boosting their English proficiency within a short period of time. Whether it be preparing for a job at an English-speaking company or getting ready to attend an English-speaking school, our faculty works with students to ensure that they are prepared to excel in their future endeavors.
Our small class size promotes active participation and one-on-one interaction: students are expected to engage both with their classmates and their instructor for the duration of the class. Classes must meet a minimum of three days per week with each class lasting up to a maximum of three hours. At the students' request, classes may meet more times throughout the week to maximize the amount of time students have immersed in an academic English-language environment.
Courses are available to students of all ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels. A course placement interview is required before formal acceptance into the program. This will ensure that students are placed in the class most adequate for their level of proficiency.
