Make-up classes are not available for absences except in cases of a proven emergency and/or unexpected natural disasters. Instructors will provide assignments via email for any missed class. Students may miss no more than two (2) classes per session. Exceeding this limit may result in dismissal from the class or a transfer to a more suitable group. |

Policies
Tuition Payment Policy
Tuition must be paid in advance. A 5% tuition discount is available for students who pay for three sessions in full prior to the start of classes.
Attendance Policy
Due to class size, students are expected to arrive at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled start time and come fully prepared. Any unexpected absence must be reported to the admissions office as soon as possible, and no later than 18 hours in advance.
Refund Policy
Tuition is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. Students who withdraw from all classes following the standard withdrawal procedure will be subjected to the refund schedule below. Please note that any financial institution or processing fees will be deduced from the refund:
a. 100% refund if withdrawal is made five (5) days before the first class.
b. 85% refund if withdrawal is made three (3) days before the first class.
c. 60% refund during the first week, 45% during the second week, and 25% during the third week of classes.
d. No refunds will be issued after the fourth week of classes. Thank you for your cooperation.
