Group Program (Adult, 3–7 students)
Tuition: $728
Make-up classes are not available for absences, except in cases of unexpected natural disasters. For any missed session, the instructor will provide assignments by email. Students may miss no more than two (2) classes per section; exceeding this limit may result in dismissal from the class or transfer to a more suitable group.
Special Programs
- Semi-Private Program
2–3 students with one instructor, in-person instruction, with two flexible class schedules.
- Private Program
One student with one instructor, in-person instruction, with four flexible session schedules.
Tuition Policy
Tuition and fees are subject to annual adjustment. JP Language Institute reserves the right to modify the fee schedule at its discretion without prior written notice.

Other Fees
- Textbook / Materials: $15–$55
- Registration Fee: $75 (one-time, non-refundable)
- Late Payment Fee: 4.8% of the total tuition
- Returned Check Fee: $45
- Tuition Payment Policy
- Tuition must be paid in advance.
- A 5% discount is available when tuition for three sections is paid in full prior to the start of classes.
Due to the small-group nature of our classes, students are expected to arrive at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled start time and come fully prepared. Any unexpected absence must be reported to the Admissions Office as soon as possible, and no later than 18 hours in advance, to support efficient administrative coordination.
- Refund Policy
Tuition payment is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the course start date. Students who withdraw from all classes after following the official withdrawal procedure will be subject to the refund schedule below. Please note that any financial institution or processing fees will be deducted from the refund:
a. 100% refund if withdrawal is made five (5) days before the first class
b. 85% refund if withdrawal is made three (3) days before the first class
c. 60% refund during the first week, 45% during the second week, and 25% during the third week of classes
d. No refunds will be issued after the fourth week of classes
