The Human Resources Department is dedicated to providing effective and employee-friendly policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the institute's mission of access and excellence. The department manages workforce planning, recruitment, induction, orientation, skills management, training and development, personnel administration, compensation, time management, employee benefits administration, personnel cost planning, performance appraisals, labor relations, and employee relations.
