The Human Resources Department is committed to providing effective, employee-centered policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the institute’s mission of access and excellence. General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in the target language, Applied Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience teaching at the middle school, high school, or college level preferred.
• Proficiency with instructional technology required.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
