The Human Resources Department is devoted to providing effective and employee-friendly policies, procedures and guidelines in support of the institute’s mission of access and excellence. The department handles workforce planning, recruitment, induction, orientation, skills management, training and development, personnel administration, compensation, time management, employee benefits administration, personnel cost planning, performance appraisals, labor relations and employee relations.
