Research indicates that bilingual individuals have more advanced brain development in regions responsible for speech organization and processing.              REQUIREMENT 
Age: 6.5 - 12
( A course placement interview needed for all applicants. 

1. Students must be enrolled in a language program at JPLI.
2. An entrance interview is needed for determining the proficiency level. 
3. Students must be able to count from 1-100 and have a proficient understanding of the English alphabet and how to write.
4. Parents must be able to devote their time and attention to students in order to collaborate and assist with the program if necessary.
5. Absences are not permitted unless specified for an emergency.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

JPLI-Math emphasizes solving and inventing problems in number theory, algebra, geometry, and more. These methods have been used for centuries in China and have been proven effective in high-level skill development. 
(see math system map A & B) 

JPLI guarantees your student will be 1 year ahead of their peers after taking 2 semesters of this course!
Students are placed in one of two levels based on ability. There is also a weekend program for elementary and early middle-school students. 

This course uses a more advanced curriculum than public schools, and has a few requirements for success:

Group 1  Starting Tue., June 16. forTuesdays & Thursdays
4:30 pm-6:00 pm
Group 2   Starting Wed., June 17, Wednesdays & Saturdays
4:30 pm-6:00 pm

​Students will be divided into two levels based on his/her age and skills. 

- CLASS TYPE: small group (3-7 students)
- LENGTH: 90 minutes per session, twice a week 
 for 4 weeks of each section.

• $579 per 4-week period, meets twice a week.
• $2895 for 5 sessions

Registration fee: $75 One-time,non-refundable
All payments must be paid in advance. 

Payment options:
(1) Early bird: Enroll 2 weeks before the program start date, and you will be entitled to a $50 tuition credit.
(2) Payment deadline: June 5th 
(2) 3% Tuition credit available to the same family member(s)
